We roast in small batches. When the bags are ready, we open a pickup window.

Fold & Roast is pickup-first. The week is the unit: you order (when ordering is open) against this week’s roast. We roast, bag, and post the window. You come get it.

No shipping theatre, no “ships in 2 days” copy pretending we’re a warehouse brand. Local pickup when the bags are ready — that’s the offer.
