Fold & Roast is a small roasting project built around a simple week: decide the roast, roast it for the cup, open pickup when the bags are ready. That week is the fold — roast day and pickup day are the creases.

We keep batches small so the coffee is for this week’s cups — not for a long shelf story. The roast is aimed at drinkability: sweetness where it belongs, a clean finish, nothing pushed past what the coffee can hold.

We don’t invent farms, scores, or certifications to sound bigger than we are. What we can stand behind is the rhythm: small batch, roasted for the cup, local pickup when the bags are ready.
